Picture Frame Restoration Course

A one-day intensive course covering a wide range of restoration techniques to include making composition, taking casts, making moulds, blending, toning etc; ie, a student will be shown how to replace and tone missing sections on ornate picture and mirror frames.  This day  usually  follows the three day gilding course but can be taken separately at a later date.

Also workshop days when students can work on own project under supervision and instruction.

Picture frame restoration :  £80.00 per person.

The  courses starts at 10.00am each  day and continue until 5.00pm.  A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
